You may avail of our specific services if required. CONDITIONS- The fee is refunded (minus the Stripe fee) if you are not satisfied with your Consultation. No questions asked. Fees will be deducted from WHAT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED- Since it is a time-consuming and resource intensive process, we can not review or assess documents or NOC during the discussion call. You may avail of our specific services if required. CONDITIONS- The fee is refunded (minus the Stripe fee) if you are not satisfied with your Consultation. No questions asked. Fees will be deducted from retainer if services are retained within 1 week after the consultation date. DISCLAIMER- We do not share any document checklists over an Initial Consultation. Documents Checklists shall be issued to onboarded clients only. After booking the consultation, the consultation will be only provided after receiving the signed Initial consultation Agreement. PAYMENT TERMS- Non-Refundable. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Please send in your requests on info@sarasimmigration.ca. The amount is non-refundable if the event is cancelled less than 48 hours before the actual proposed scheduled time. In the case of a no-show by the client, the amount will be considered non-refundable. The refund amount processed shall be subject to a deduction of 4% payment platform convenience charges borne or payable by the client/customer. Refunds may take upto 4 weeks to be processed and reflected in you accounts
Cancellation Policy
SERVICE TERMS This agreement between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Client covers the booked immigration consultation. Services include professional advice, document review, and written recommendations. Additional time requires a new booking. The consultation will be delivered via phone, video, or email as selected during booking. APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL The client must be available 15 minutes before the scheduled time and submit the required documents 24 hours in advance. 48-hour notice is required for cancellation, with one free rescheduling permitted. Late arrivals forfeit unused time, and no-shows receive no refund. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS The client agrees to provide accurate information, submit relevant documentation, and maintain technical requirements for online meetings. False or misleading information may void this agreement and affect consultation outcomes. The client is responsible for payment before booking confirmation. RCIC COMMITMENTS & LIMITATIONS RCIC will provide confidential service following CICC standards, current immigration laws, and professional ethics. While offering expert advice, RCIC provides no guarantee of outcomes. This agreement covers initial consultation only; additional services require separate agreements. PAYMENT & REFUNDS Full Consultation fee is due before booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods include Interac e-Transfer and bank transfer. The fee is non-refundable after service delivery or in case of no-shows. Cancellation refunds follow posted policy. LEGAL FRAMEWORK This agreement falls under Ontario law and CICC regulations. RCIC maintains client confidentiality under privacy laws. Advice validity depends on current immigration laws; changes may affect recommendations. No recording is permitted without consent. CONFIRMATION By proceeding with booking, the Client acknowledges reading and accepting these terms, understanding service limitations, and agreeing to payment conditions.
